UPG via Hangtime helped produce the initial concept for the NBDL team’s name and brand. This included producing the team’s logo and team name’s dual meaning. Renova means Renovation and also Red Nova. The logo illustrates sharply the concept of a superstar/nova expanding and emitting energy, while also acknowledging the city’s main symbol, the volcano Sakurajima in the ‘A’. Other marketing services including representation of the upstart team to make partnerships with other professional organizations and teams throughout Japan and internationally. Professional entertainment services were also utilized to source players.
